Purpose of Iron Shepherds

Iron Shepherds exists to forge men into disciplined, responsible, Christ-centered leaders who live with strength, integrity, and purpose.

We are not here to entertain men.

We are here to build them.

Through brotherhood, accountability, and action, we develop men who:

  • Lead themselves before leading others

  • Stand firm under pressure

  • Take responsibility for their lives, families, and communities

  • Live out their faith with strength—not passivity

Why Volunteers Matter

Iron Shepherds does not run on spectators.

It is built by men who step forward.

Volunteers are not “helpers”—they are standard-bearers.

They model what it means to live the mission.

If you volunteer, you are saying:

“I will not just attend—I will build.”

Volunteer Principles

Volunteer Principles

These are the non-negotiables.

1. We Lead Ourselves First

You cannot give what you don’t live.

Volunteers pursue:

  • Daily discipline (Word, prayer, physical training)

  • Personal accountability

  • Consistent growth

2. We Take Responsibility

We don’t wait to be asked.

We:

  • Show up early

  • Stay late

  • Carry weight without excuses

If something needs done—we do it.

3. We Build Brotherhood

No man stands alone here.

We:

  • Check in on other men

  • Speak truth, not comfort

  • Sharpen, challenge, and support

Iron sharpens iron—on purpose.

4. We Live With Integrity

The standard is the same in private and public.

We:

  • Own our failures

  • Receive correction

  • Walk in honesty

No masks. No double life.

5. We Serve Through Action

This is not talk—it’s movement.

We:

  • Help set up and tear down

  • Lead groups and conversations

  • Step into needs without hesitation

We build what others benefit from.

6. We Multiply Leaders

We don’t just lead—we raise leaders.

We:

  • Mentor younger men

  • Create opportunities for growth

  • Pull others up, not hold them back

What We Expect

What We Expect

  • Consistency over hype

  • Action over talk

  • Growth over comfort

  • Humility over ego

Who Should Volunteer

This is for the man who:

  • Is tired of passive faith

  • Wants to be challenged

  • Is ready to step into responsibility

  • Is willing to be held accountable

Not perfect men.

Willing men.

So Step Up and Sign Up
